Mama's Pizza

Final Year Capstone Project Highlight Reel

My focus was on the environmental set design, props and lighting that aimed to tell the story of nostalgia and maternal love on its own. I was heavily involved in the process for 3D printing, and tactile painting and sculpting for the interior, as well as the 3D animation.
My other roles involved editing, colour correction, compositing and creating the graphic title.
Project by Joanna Lau, Thomas Howie, and Joelle Burt

Chaos ensues while he attempts to cook his late mother’s special pizza recipe, and nothing goes according to plan. The project combines Physical props and sets with digital 3D animation to together create a final result better than either can achieve alone.
